Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks: Tandem paragliding is an extreme adventure sport involving high altitudes, unpredictable weather patterns, wind shifts, and turbulent air. Risks include hard landings, equipment variables, and sudden weather changes.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily choose to participate, verifying that you are in good physical health, sober, and take full personal responsibility for your participation.
Equipment & Pilot Instructions: You agree to follow all safety instructions given by your certified tandem pilot strictly. Failure to follow instructions during launch or landing can result in injury.
Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Paragliding Philippines, its owners, instructors, and pilots from any and all liability or claims resulting from negligence or otherwise.
Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, you authorize staff to arrange first aid or medical transport, and accept full financial responsibility for all rescue or medical expenses.
Weather Policy: Flight schedules depend entirely on favorable wind and weather conditions. Management reserves the right to postpone or cancel flights for safety reasons.
